Englewood Isles Property Owners Association

(EIPOA) 4, 5, 6
Safety and Security Englewood Isles, including Units 4,5,6, and the surrounding area, have recently been targeted by thieves and trespassers. A handful of homes have been broken into, and security cameras have picked up trespassers. The Sheriff’s Department is aware and has extra patrols in our area during the night. Please be sure to lock your doors and windows. Watchful neighbors, security cameras, porch and garage lights, and motion-activated lights can be a big help. If you see any suspicious characters, do not hesitate to call 911.
NEWSLETTER DELIVERY:
EIPOA’s newsletter is published and hand-delivered three times a year. Delivery dates are generally the first or second weeks of October, April, and January.
Additionally, we hand-deliver the annual Englewood Isles Directory in early April.

If you plan to be away and would prefer your newsletter and/or directory not to be delivered, you may request the committee hold it by emailing eipoa456@gmail.org.

ELECTRONIC VOTING:

The Board is still trying to get permissions from every Property Owner for electronic voting. Please remember to email your permission to have any voting materials emailed to you. The State of Florida requires that EIPOA has your written permission to send you an electronic ballot. Send an email to eipoa456@gmail.com with your permission, name, address, and phone number.
